Idly with kaarapodi

Idly, molagapodi and thengai chutney (coconut chutney). This is one kickass instant molagapodi, made with just chilli powder, salt and garlic all crushed together and mixed with sesame oil. No matter how many sides you have for idlies, this one is mandatory! My idlies are made with whole urad dhal with skin, which explains the not so white colour .
